Yin Yoga
Slow, floor-based postures held for extended periods to release deep connective tissue, quieting mental chatter, and cultivate vast inner stillness. In the long, surrendering holds of yin, the body is invited to exhale - releasing what it has carried and returning, gently, to itself.

Applying properly diluted essential oils to specific acupressure points to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance on a holistic level.
